ok ive never looked before...might sound dumb but where is the drain plug on an 05 gmc sierra?

There might be one on the lower driver's side corner. I can't remember when they stopped putting them in. If it's not there, just pull a hose and let it drain that way.

my 04 doesnt have one. In either of the tw0 GM radiators I had. Why we dunno.....

Yep, GM stopped putting petcocks on the radiators somewhere along the line, probably saved them a few bucks a truck. My 99 originally had one on the driver's side of the radiator.
