today i was cruzing around college station when i saw a black srt-10. Well we ended up punching it a few times from about 25 but finally we got head to head at a stop light. To be honest with ya'll its really not that inpressive. He got me off the line by maybe half a truck but as soon as i hit second i was already pulling away. So for everyone that is shaking in there pants about the fastest production truck, dont be scared they weigh too much.

 

Are the mods in your sig the only thing done to your truck.

 

Your 02 has a 5.3, FIPK, MAF, HPP? Are those the only mods? And you pulled on an SRT-10?

Oh yeah, here is the BS flag....I rode in a SRT-10 just the other day and I have owned a 5.3L Silverado. NO WAY YOU PULLED THAT TRUCK!! It would take a supercharger on the 5.3!

haha we have in srt-10 around college station?, i guess ill have to look out for it cause maybe i can smoke it with my minor mods im sure with my throttle body spacer of fury i will destroy him so yeah if all you got is what listed in your sig im calling .

 

i also have asm headers, NX, heads and cam, yank, eaton with 4.10 and ls1 edit

 

How big of shot with the NX? What's your 1/4 time?

Maybe the guy didnt get on it?? Really, how many SRT-10 owners would race a chevy?? We know that there are quite a few chevy's here that would hand them their ***, but they would never admit to it. From what I hear the Hemi guys think they are driving the equivalent of a Ferrari with a bed, so imagine what these SRT-10 guys are thinking.
Back to the topic at hand: Bro, let him know you are serious and then see where you end up. I would suggest having a BIG shot or an intercooled blower with a good amount of boost before you go looking for a rematch.
