What would be the cubic inches on a 6.0 (364) with a 6.125 rod and a .060 over bore? BTW stock crank?

Hopefully a future project, I really want to try out a solid roller setup and a set of ET heads 265cc GIII (flows 377 intake and 249ish on exhaust). What kind over power could be expected out of a setup like this?

 

BTW it would be a big solid rolller setup, and of course I would have a converter, gears and around 11.5:1 compression on the motor.
