It's a small "rancho" south of San Luis Potosi. Don't know if you know who Ana Barbara is, but it's actually 30 min from her hometown of Rio Verde.

I have not been to San Luis Potosi in the longest time. It's very nice place.

Translated from Spanish to English, your text becomes:

"My heads are of San Luis Potosi and seems that my to grandma it does
not have left much time. She finishes fulfilling 93 and my female
leader wants to spend but time with her. Ofreci to take it to me.
Ojala and todavia we found it with health."

I don't know you that well at all so I'm not sure if you're just being funny, but using a book to translate spanish to english doesn't work out that well. Especially when there's a little slang involved.

"jefes" in this case means "parents"
"de" means "from"
"acaba de cumplir 93" means "just turned 93"
"jefa" means "mother"
"Me ofreci" means "I offered"
"Ojala" means "hopefully"

You can't translate literally from Spanish to English, and vice versa. It just doesn't work that way
