Default quest for 12's
I looking to buy a 2wd silverado with a 5.3L and was wondering what some options are for running 12's....

Would a heads/cam combo do the trick? Or do you have to do some sort of forced induction?

Moved to the GM general discussion area....

You do not need FI but it makes it a bit easier. Regular cab is a bit easier that the EC but there are a couple 5.3ecsb's in the 12's. Go check the FTL and look at who has what.

FTL= Fastest Truck List.

I know where you can buy a 2004 RCSB w/ a 5.3L...
