Electric fans, so are they:
1) working
2) working when they are supposed to

High coolant and high trans tells me there is no air flow. Maybe. There should be airflow to keep it cooler if doing 55mph, but check out all possibilities.

could only be working on low speed with only 1 fan working not high speed for both fans to come on
Check the trigger wires they could be swapped if this is the issue

possible wired backwards? blowing air thru the grill?
ive done that before and didnt check them until my coolant wouldnt go below 220 idling and the AC wouldnt blow cold. DOH!
i could feel air being moved but had to use a peice of paper to check and see which direction. Swapped the wires and VOLA.

Be something easy to check and rule out.

and if the fans are tryin to push air forward, theres no airflow persay.

I will check on the fans. All is good driving around town and on highway its only when i am pulling a load and it is hot out that the over heat issue occurs.

I think the problem is that you're mixing up the gauges, and reading the trans. temp, when you should be reading engine temp. In all seriousness, I'd like to look at the tune, myself. Also, I'm guilty of doing what Nonnie said. Check that out.

Exactly what changes did you make to the cooling system? Thats when it started, so I'd check out everything you changed.

That is the problem, I changed everything. Radiator, water pump, therm, overflow tank, cap, ALL hoses and added the tru cool 40k cooler. Then after a few months i added the E-fans.

So did it start at that point when you changed all the parts or a few months later when you installed the E-fans???
