I replaced both regulators on my buddies 03 rcsb with the ones off ebay and they are working fine now. He left the windows down and it rained and I guess some woater got down in the door or something after that the windows were really slow. Only thing you have to watch out about is dont put too much silicon spray on the tracks it will smear on the window. Also be careful the metal inside the door is VERY sharp.

 

my front two need replacing again. I've had 3 sets in and now neither will go up without taking fordamnever.. My pass. side will even over heat and stop... wait a couple minutes.. hit the switch again, and up it goes at an astonishing .00004mph
