If i could do it myself it would be a cheap mod because i have the facilities to do everything. I just need to know what parts i file down. Is it just the lip on the inside or what.

Dude im poor and i want to go faster. I have a diegrinder and unlimited recources to abrasives and I measurement tools at work. Im glad this helped somebody besides me.

 

I posted a search on the external engine portion of LS1tech and it has proved very promising and now all of the camaro guys are talking about it. It might have some better pictures. One guy had step by step pictures of what he did and it was kind of helpfull rather than just a drawing. Take a look at it to get a better understanding. Its under the same name as this thread.
