btw, yes the crank needs to be replaced and yes the heads turned out to be iron...oh well, good thing I was not planning on dropping it right in anyway.
I had the motor looked over by the infamous "Hyde" and he says the block looks very good and I shouldnt have any problems.

 

Looking good holmes. I want to get a 6.0 one of these day. Keep us updated as you replace parts on it.
