Default Part number sticky/section??

I think it would be a good idea for people to be able to post in a section or sticky part numbers for various products, and if the specific part numbers need to be used at a certain vendor such as a part number for a certain comp cam, etc etc.

For example, Pewter Escalade Handles:
15745145
15745144

What do you guys think??

Ok, this is a good idea but, I don't like a bunch of stickys at the top of the page. It makes it look trashed up. :p

What about we just have an "official" part number post like the wheel weight post? You can either put it in your favorites or do a quick search for it when you need it.

Sound good?

How about another section in the "GM Truck & SUV Dept" for info and other stuff like this.
"Technical info/Specs/Part #s/etc."

I second that idea. That would be very beneficial for those who are looking for things like that. The easier the site is to browse and the more information available reflects the number of members you have.

Good idea - I like the seperate section - it would be very helpful - especially when ordering parts - plus we would know if the the number is valid and fits what models
