Default the one bad DRL phenomenon

What is with all of the nbs gm trucks/suv having only 1 good drl? it's amazing. i pointed it out to my wife one day a few weeks back. she thought i was nuts. try it!! next time you're out driving around count how many nbs gm truck/suv's you see with only 1 working drl. it will blow your mind man, lol

I've never had a problem with mine. I think one bulb went out and I replaced it. Now I have amber bulbs in there with 3-wire sockets (turn signal instead of DRL sockets) and it's been fine for 2+ years.

Grab some bulb grease next time you swap em. I did it over a year ago and I've been fine since. Mine used to go out pretty often.

I remember noticing the 1 DRL phenom a few years back and bragging about how my truck was 4 or 5 years old or whatever and still on the original bulbs...the next day, my left DRL burned out I don't brag about anything in reference to my truck now lol

I never left my stock ones in there long enough to burn out. My only problem now is the amber coating coming off or the housings fogging from the heat

I blew both stock ones and put blue ones in. Then I pulled the fuse so there just for looks. I got tired of cutting them off. They didnt look good at all.
