Default No parts this summer.....

Because I'm going to use my money to help my dad pay for my truck. I'm so F%UCKING sick of being called spoiled so I'm going to work for another 3-4 years (until college) so I can call it MY truck. So instead of parts this summer, I'm going to put $770 in my dad's wallet, hopefuly he will like it. Just thought I would put this out here. You guys are going to flame me, are't you?

Good for you! I have worked for everything I have. You will appreciate your truck a lot more now. I am not saying that you don't all ready, but I hope you know what I mean!

Nope, I commend you for doing what you're doing.

I think your dad will appreciate the offer to help pay for the truck for more than just the money.

Kids at my school beat the livin crap out of there 20 and 30 thou brand new vehicles that there parents just handed over to them. I think its such a waste cause the kids are not appreciative at all. I appreciate mine very much because I payed for half of it. You will be happy with the decision you made.

LOL, I just saw an 03-04 Cobra with some rims, then one of those 5.4L non-supercharged RCSB f-150s. Figures the day after I decide not to get any parts, all the cars and trucks I want to beat come out of hiding. The last time I saw an 03-04 Cobra was about 5 months ago.

paying for your own stuff and working hard at a young age is the only way to really succeed. I was made fun of my entire time in H.S. since I spent most of my time at work and the remainder at the gym. While my friends are still trying to make it paycheck to paycheck and cover the minimum payments on Credit cards, Im moving into a $400,000 home and own my Tahoe and have a new CTS-V in the garage. I also have no credit card debt. Not bad for a young guy of 25.
Get started now and enjoy your future.
