simple fact is the 4.8L has no torque AND it doesnt make the horsepower either

I'm running a intercooled Magnacharger with ASM headers and more.I'm dying to get it to the track.Outran a BMW M3 on the street and a 4.6 Mustang GT.Every time I start to the track its rained or something comes up.
