what year is your truck? you will be pretty close to maxing out the injectors in the upper RPMS 6K+ with that cam. well at least my buddies truck(02) was. he had lt headers too. im almost positive 99 trucks had smaller injectors so if yours is a 99 i would look into upgrading.

Even not an 03 you definitely want to check the duty cycle. or just upgrade.
My stock cam was at 77% after tune and LT's. I haven't checked after the cam but it's probably upper 80's. You cam is a bit larger.

You have the 24 pound injectors so I agree with the others I would upgrade. Even if it is just to the 28 pound injectors.
