Default Relief valve in fuel pump?

Do they be a relief valve in the stock pump? It might explain an issue I'm having.

No fuel pressure!

I am worried that another check valve that I have downstream of the pump might be getting stuck, and I thought there might be a relief valve opening before the pressure cracks the valve. It might just be a faulty pump, though, that I just installed. I don't understand how a pump can run and make zero pressure.

Ahhh, sounds like faulty pump or installation error then. Time to pull it back apart to find out. Sorry for your troubles, good luck man!

I sure am glad I cut an access hole in the bed. I'll pull the bucket out and check in about 1/2 revolution of the Earth.
