Default Need ideas on what to blow Christmas money on.

I need to get the best bang for the buck(without nitrous, I have to wait until May when I pay the damn thing off). Got about a grand to blow, so I need some suggestions. What made the biggest soyp difference for you guys in this price range? Thanks for any input.

Buy you a converter and some track tires.

i agree with kenny. find some cheapo rims and mount some good tires that stick. converter will probably put you past me in the quarter...and if you got that pulley from the gf, then slap that bad boy on to. if any money is leftover, go for some fans if you can find them for cheap.

If I go the converter route, I'll need to find someone to put it on, because I have no idea how to install it. That sounds like the route I need to go, so what converter do I need? I drive this thing everyday. Would I need to do any other transmission work?

that what chingon said or yank 3000 if you want to tow! i plan on the yank but vig aint out of the question. my decision is probably gonna come down to price. i never checked to see who is cheaper. install...i would expect what 250! less if you have a friend that can put it in.

I could use some Hotchkis sway bars.

OH! You meant for yourself!

Seriously, I agree with everybody else, definitely get a converter. I know I've said this before here but I am seriously regretting not putting that 3000 stall Yank in.

I will be putting mine back in as soon as I get it back from Yank along with a Transgo. I put it in the first time and will also do the work this time. I am sure I will be putting John's in when he gets one so I dont see why I couldnt help you out as well if you wanted to drive down here.
