Default NBS rear window removal...

What is involved in removing the rear window in my 99? It's a slider and the window frame is cracked from when the truck was wrecked. The glass is fine but it still leaks like a sieve where the frame is cracked. Is the frame bolted and glued(like new ford rangers) to the truck or just glued? Is it a job for the do-it yourselfer? Is there another source for a window and frame other than the dealer or junkyard? Thanks.
