well just got back from the exhaust shop. i replaced my flowmaster delta 40, 3inch in dual 21/4 out with a 3inch in/out hooker areochamber.

its now edlebrock shorties, no cats factory y pipe, right after y-pipe is 3inch cutout, then right where factory exhaust was located is a hooker, then ran over the axle and dumped.

it is so QUIET!!!!!! you can barly hear it at idle, and on the highway it sounds factory. at 120 its still quiet. there is no interior noise at all.

and it has some rasp at 2000-2300 if you are driving it normal.

im hoping with the pasesetter lt and y pipe on it will be a little louder and it will get rid of taht rasp.

im going to go take a video clip of it right now. check back in 15 mins for the clip.

 

well couldn't get a good on the gas clip because i think i blew my trans, but i do got one of it at idle and revving it.

 

is it brand new? It'll take about 500 miles to break-in.

 

yeah thats what i sorta figured, i was just really shocked at how quiet it is for being a straight threw muffler. and now it will take a while to get to the 500 miles when i think i just blew the 60E

All these motors seem to rasp really bad from 2000-3000.

The Aerochamber kicks ***. When and if my XR1 craps, im getting an Aero.
