Mystery Wiper Problem

Mystery Wiper Problem
OK so here's the issue:
Wiper motor seems fine
- Mist function works (single swipe)
- Washer function works (spray and 3-4 swipes)
But I have no:
- Normal Speed Wipers
- Fast speed wipers
When I switch to intermittent, I get one swipe and then no more.
I replaced the Pulse Module and nothing changed. Could it be the stalk?

Look up wiring diagram see if it runs through the bcm- switch sends signal and bcm takes over from there!? I'm not fully sure but did work on a 2008 Saturn that did
