2wd Escalade EXT
Hey guys long story short. I had the built 65e awd system on my cammed EXT I broke the input shaft so im with the one and done rule so I just went to a 2wd 80e. Now i know my truck weigh like 6k pounds but the damn wheels won't break loose at all. Yet I see trucks with 5.3s smaller cams and smaller stalls leave yards of tire tracks. My rpms only got up to 3500 rpms when I floor it.

Escalade's do have better suspension in the rear compared to a leaf spring truck, so they do get better traction.
If it's all stock and just a transmission swap it does not surprise me that you can't break the tires loose. There just isn't enough power there.
Other parts of it could be tuning, like abuse settings, power enrichment and timing. It might not be getting everything that is there and thus not enough power to do what you want.
