Pretty soon your gonna need a two car trailer and a FULLSIZE truck to pull your drag vehicles with if you keep this up. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
How much further are you gonna take the Sonoma?

8.70 @ 79...not too shabby. This is with the 28" slicks, 125 HP Nitrous, and the "Flow-Burger" CAI.
I ran 8.79 @ 77 back in April. Since, I have added some suspension, gears and been able to get out of the 1.90's 60 fts and into the 1.70's.
I guess next time we line up motor to nitrous <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

The truck would be a lot quicker with my light weight 26" slicks but I've been too lazy to take them off the Z28. Richard you're on. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

It's hard to smack talk when most of the truck guys don't care LOL!
I'm only at best a 15.9 in the Tahoe but I like my truck a lot better than urs.

John trust me, they care. A lot of these guys spend $400 a month on their POS trucks. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Terry, If I spent $400 a month in mods, or anywhere close to that, My truck would be in the 11's by now. At $400 a month, that comes to $11,200. Also, a lot of that money is spent on appearance mods. Not everyone here is trying to be the fastest, just a good running truck that will suprise a lot of people. Lets see, you have had your truck for 3 months now? How much have you got in it. Borrowed parts don't count. If you are using something that you originally got for the car, it now counts towards the truck.
