Default My new ride I'm picking up...

...will be picking it up Wednesday for a pretty decent price. Replacing a 00 WS6 with it since the wife is pregnant.

lol, what kind of problems should I expect from these trucks? I know the engines inside out like the back of my hand from working on the WS6's I've owned. What should I expect?

Looks like it was well taken care of. Best of luck with it.

Thanks, picked it up yesterday. Everything is great however it has one problem. If you start the truck, turn the AC on then turn it off (leaving the blower running just AC button off) it seems like it doesn't disengage and keeps blowing cold. If you start the truck with the AC off (button off) then it blows normal air like what I would expect (outside vented air) but if I turn the AC on then back off it doesn't appear to turn off. Anyone encounter this?

It just takes a little while to get the cold air out of the system. If that's not the case, see if the compressor is turning off.

Yes, it's just the cold air is not out of the system. Same deal here.

If you've got it on recirculate, it will do that for a while. I figure if you can cut the AC on and get it cold, leave it on recirculate, then cut the AC off, it will save your compressor that much work and maybe let it last longer over time.
