If ya wanna come out and drive down the track at excessive speeds there will be some members meeting in Hattiesburg, MS on the 30th of Jan. Hope this is enough heads up for people to make plans.

Texas members are welcome as well, but this would probably be a long drive for yall.

so lets see who we can scrounge up out of the wood work.

That's what I'm talking about!!! You need to hook us up with some more of that damn deer meat, man. That was some good **** at Thunder! Guys, let's make this a great turnout. I have alot of guys willing to make the trip this time, but most of them are fairly stock. All in good fun! I'll post up on a few other forums and see if I can get some bites!

yea i can bring some deer meat. my step son has killed about 4 doe's and 3 or 4 bucks this year. we just need someone to bring a grill. mine is too big for me to lift alone.

depending on how many people come, we can plan a decent bbq at the same time. seems like everytime we go there people are cooking up some good smelling stuff and i am too cheap to pay 4 bucks for a hotdog at the concession stand. so i go hungry. lol

I know that feeling. I'm sure we can scrounge up several grilles. I'm going to try to be there as early as possible this time. I'm on yahoo, btw.

I will check my calander and try to be there. I will also post up on the other board and see how many of the coast/Jackson/Meridan crews want to go.

you could run the 1/8th mile and shut down like some of the drag cars do. take the early turn off and your back in the pits chillin.

Just admitt it... you dont want your 6.0 to get skull drug buy a little 5.3.

Seriously though, I hate to hear you are having tranny problems. Have you had it 'built' or just rebuilt with stock parts?

Its still stock, i added a shift kit and Yank 3000 but 3rd and 4th are gone. I hadnt had any problems with it till the motor swap, when i had it tuned we deleted the tq management and i waited to put in the shift kit till after i tried running it hard and it started slipping. Im debating on just upgrading the internals to 4L65E or buying the FLP stage 5 tranny. Not sure just yet i bought a house and land yesterday so my budget is low for a little while.
