Default motor help

I got 80k 2003 5.3. I started up for the first time today and issue is that it running rough. I through maybe i forgot to plug one of the coil parks in but they were all pulled in. I put my hand on the exhaust manfold and the passager side was way hotter than the driver side. Is possable all the coil packs are bad on the driver side or do i have short in the wire harness some where. I'm plan on swaping the coil pack out tomorrow to see if that solves it. I check the pcm for codes and none so far. I also checked all the grounds and they are all hooked up. any other ideas to check.
Thanks guys.

new plugs, clogged infectors, bad coils as you mentioned...have you had the valve cover off of this engine? could someone have robbed the rocker arms or pushrods on one side? before you change the coils check if you are getting spark to rule out the coils

New plug and wires. Maybe injector but I would think it would give a misfire code for injector and the coil. I'm tring to stay out motor because they have yellow marker marking everything to see if I took anything apart. The motor as 1 yr warrenty. Maybe dam pcm took crap after flash it 3.5 yr almost every day.

yea i'm glad that found the issue. When I was logging the night before it wasn't giving reading and it was late so kind gave up. When was looking at the log files on my lunch hour next day seen it wasn't reading so I put my 2bar map and re-did the tune and flashed the pcm and idel real nice. I guess that one that came with motor got broken some how. Thanks for all the info.
