heres the deal....my truck is down (fried 5.3 and got sideswiped) and my little sister wrecked my daily driver. So my truck has to get in the shop asap....like tomorrow. i was waiting to find a used 6.0, but prolly going to take a loan out to buy a brand new one. I can get a brand new 04 lq4 for 2500.
question is:
are there any engine packages around here that may have a slightly built 6.0? maybe some heads/cam/pistons? something around $3500?

Contact Scoggin Dickey, I seem to recall they had a few of their budget stroker shortblocks in stock, or very near completion. You can just about buy a cheap 408 for the price of a new GM motor.

 

where would i find a 408?
