well guys i just might be switching over to a single cab colorado if i can get a good trade on my truck im gona try to get a single cab zq8 with g80 and 3.73 for some reason i have had more fun in my old crew cab colorado than my truck now i guess it is because i miss my first truck a 2000 5.3 and i feel like now this truck is going to be money all over again that i dont have anymore(married) and i need something that i wont spend money on to make it faster lol

the rcsb colorados are sweet but you will spend money on it too

Well a rcsb colorado 3.5, 4.1 gears can run high to mid 14's so he will spend less money. But you can get 4.10 gears on the 4.8 too

no way a rcsb colorado can run those times . no way , for real?

yep they can run those times and i already have a set of 4.10 but saving the money for a posi then i will install both at one time also if i change trucks will the 4.10 gears fit theyr rearend

yes badasschevy327 imagine a 3.5 beatin u with just gears it just makes u wanna go faster it is cause the trucks r light and they have bout 220 at the engine 5.3alum 4.10 in the 4.8 wont even get me in the 15 lol

it would make it feel faster lolz 14.73 at 92.9 with 4.10 gears i would think intake, headers, and some weight reductin you could get to low 14's 3.5 5speed is the way to go. Supercharger is also out for the Colorado imagine a supercharged colorado with 3.73's reg cab 5 speed 4x2 i wonder what it would run a 13 to 12 maybe?

I might get a Colorado 4x4 3.5 auto 4.10, or a SCSB 5.3 with 4.10 gears 4x4.
They will run about the same same price but one will be fuel efficient.

my frine hs one they are slow my crew cab beat him every time his is 3.5 zQ8 posi dont konow what gears?/?? but it is .reg cab.
