I am thinking more that they got hacked again. They have been getting hacked alot here lately.

Looks like hosting is done by:

The Planet Internet Services, Inc.
1333 Stemmons Frwy., Suite 110
Dallas, Texas 75207

You can use a program called NeoTrace to give you an idea of where and who is doing the hosting. You can also get in DOS and use the TRACERT command to do kinda the same thing but not as technical.

You can also go into the whois database at www.whois.net and see who the domain is registered to.
