Default lowering question about the VHO???

a friend of mine just got a 2006 silverado w/ a 6.0L and he wants to lower it. i guess those trucks have a torsion bar up front. can he use the hotchkis lowering kit? if so how will all that work? will it be a different setup? thanks for the help

McGaughy's should make a kit for it. Its a torsion bar front so the Hotchkis springs won't work in the front. They will work in the rear though. The front can be lowered with spindles and/or keys.
