Default Looking for a texas shop for troubleshooting

Im tired of my 2000 silverado not running correct, ive replaced every sensor, new headers y pipe and muffler, new cam, new valve springs, new gaskets, the list goes on...

Anyways Im looking for a shop i can drop it off at and have them fix it. I live in Austin but have no prob taking my truck to Houston , Dallas, SA. So if anyone knows of a shop that's not scared of a challenge PLEASE let me know. And if the shops charges alot im not worried about that i just want good work and people i can trust with my truck.

Have you had it scanned? If you can figure out if its mechanical or tune related im sure you could save some $$ and time.

yes i have had 2 of the best in texas try and tune it, one in person the other via mail order tunes and logs. they both did the best they could but it is something mechanical. Time to drop this thing off and have it fixed, i dont care if it cost me 3k+ to fix it im tired of wasting my time and money i just wanna be able to enjoy the work i have done.

By any chance you know what your trims are like? Have you looked for vacuum/exhaust leaks, or a bad maf? Id look into those if you havent already b4 you ship it off.

i sprayed the motor down starting fluid, nothing changed so there could be a very small leak but there is nothing i noticed when i checked.

torqued the headers down several times checking for leaks all good.

brand new maf, also tried a known good one.

im not very good at tuning and all that but in my log the fuel trims are bouncing between

-14 and them + 5 bank 2 is - most the time, they all go to 0 when wot.
