I was going to buy the Kent Moore tool set off this guy but look at the bid history on it. Seems fishy to me, ALOT of less then a month old people bidding on it and some of them only(96% or more) bid on this guys auctions. Looks to me like he is jacking the price up for his auction. Either way it is already up past what I was willing to spend and Im sure will go for 600+ by the time its said and done. Isnt it illegal(ebay rules) to have more then one SN and bid on your own auctions to jack the price up?

I don't think you are reading that correctly. the "bidder XX" is hiding the identity of the bidders. if you mouse over the star it will tell you the range that the bidder is in. if he was running it up he would be stuck paying the fees at the auctions end regardless...

Bidders numbering 1, 4 and 10 have between 10-49 positive feedback
Bidders 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 have 100-499
seems like a lot of positive feedbacks for a phony bidder. Bidder 11 is brand new, the other bidders have less than 10. Seems like a variety to me
