Yup, thats the 300c the 300m is the old name and resembles a Dodge Intrepid. From your discription it is a 300c also known as the "poor man's bently".

Base models have 6's in them, a 190hp 2.7L or a 250HP 3.5L. Could have been one of them....

looks like you ran one of these they come with a 2.7 liter v6 .....heres what a 300m looks like.....the 300c has 340hp.... 300m 2.7 liter has less then 200hp
