Default Leaking Steering Rack?

The steering on my 2001 Silverado 2WD with 135k miles seems to be getting sloppier by the day. I checked the outer tie rods and they seem to be okay without excess play. But I did notice that steering rack seems to leaking from the inner tie rod area. Is this fixable, or do I need a whole new rack?

You can rebuild them with new seals but if it's worn on the inside the slop won't go away.

My old sierra had a leaking rack when I bought it, I just slapped a new one in there for $100-150 bucks from napa.
