Here's the break down. I ordered Transgo shift kit and both servos from kds performance in the middle of June. In the couple of weeks it took to get the parts my 4l60 started to slip the second gear band. My plans are big for the truck so I just went with a 4l80 swap. When I got the 60 stuff I called KDS got a RTS# and set it back. This was on June 29th. I have know called and left near 20 messages(All very polite) and haven't got a return phone call. I want my $265 back. Does anyone know what's up with them? It's been near 3 months now and all I want is someone to anwser there phone or call me back. If they don't have my money then send me the servos and shift kit back. I'll even pay the shipping. Or I see that there located outside Dallas does someone live by there. If you could go get my money you can keep it just send me the head that you ripped off the owner of KDS!!!

 

Just keep calling, that's what I did and I finally got ahold of one of the people there. Oh, and I won't even buy anything from them again.

 

When I went to buy my Transgo kit +vette servo KDS had the best prices but I swear I called them for 2 days straight like every 30minute-honestly and I didnt get a answer or even a message it just rang and rang! This was on like a Tue & Wed no holiday or anything like that. So I said screw it and called JAG in San Antonio and paid like $15-$20 more and actually got to talk to someone and they were helpful. Sorry to hear about that man and good luck! I hope they answer their phones!

 

I hear ya. Bought through them once, NEVER again. Unresponsive to emails, calls, everything. Hell, I bet if I went to their location and knocked on the door someone would peek out a window real quick and then hide.

The price is what got me to by from them too. And at the time they anwsered there phones and seemed to be on top of things. Well live and learn. I have started buying most my stuff local now. **** costs alot more but you can always go and talk to a person face to face. No I don't think there a sponsor. But when Hitman x was around alot he seemed to talk them up.

 

ordered servo from them 4days ago online and have yet to recieve email with tracking number or anything saying its being shipped. Tried to call got the answering machine also sent them an email so we will see. Definatley not my kind of vendor either.

 

I also had issues when I ordered my shift kit and servos.

 

I ordered a transgo and servo on September 19 and I still haven't received any communication other then the first auto email after the order was placed. I have emailed and left numerous messages with no response. I would suggest anyone who would like their product or communication in a timely manner to avoid KDS.

 

I suggest no one else buy from KDS. I've heard of several people with issues from them recently.
