I took approximately 5 hours installing mine, but maybe it was because the first bolt I touched, snapped off flush in the head...or maybe due to working (as I prefer to) by myself...or maybe because I was in no hurry...or maybe because I took numerous coffee breaks and one **** break, lol... or maybe because I was nice enough to stop and wipe the grease/dirt off of my hands every 10 minutes to snap pictures and jot down install notes during the whole process, so I could make the Ebay header thread to share with everyone here when I was finished?

Glad my thread was able to help you have a smooth install.
Sad you mistook my kindness for slowness...

Took me 7 hours, I did have one broken bolt I spent an hour going at with vise grips though. Hour and a half is the fastest I have ever heard, I'm guessing a combination of air tools and lots of Red Bulls.

Took me less than an hour on my 4x4 6l80e. Had an extra set of hands up top, pushed one side in from the top and one side from the bottom. It was about the 6th time I'd done LT's though.

Took me about 5 hours, all hand tools, no lift or jack stands, 2 bolts broke off in the head, managed to get one out, trying not to scratch the **** out of the headers in the process
