Interior questions

I have a 2004 silverado rcsb with light tan interior and im doing a console swap. My question is will a 2000 suburban tan console be the same color as my 04? The seller said the tan is light tan/shale.

Color is diff I believe.. I would not put a pre 03 console in.. I think they look like *** compared to the 03 up.. But thats my op..
