Interior lights not working

first question is obvious; There is an interior lighting dimmer dial next to the headlight switch, it will dim, but if you turn it all the way, it will turn off your interior lighting. Is that the problem?

no the other lights work it's just the radio and cluster don't light up even if I turn the dimmer on all the way
