By the way what kind of pressure should the belt be at? I have it damn tight and am wondering if I have it too tight and thats what caused the bearing failure and ensuing damage last time?

well, same problem again from the same side. I haven't pulled the intake yet, but its leaking like crazy again. Last time I put brand new intake gaskets and torqued it in sequence. Keep in mind I don't drive it everyday. Is there better gaskets out there or should I use some sorta gasket sealer?

It just that it seems like you must have some kind of misalignment. Intake gaskets don't get forced out at 10 psi.
