Installing Pulley
#3
Yea it's a real small one. Like a 3 or 4 inch. and it pulls on the little tabs on the inside circle, not out where the belt runs. But you already knew that huh... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

You also need a way to keep the crank from turning while you take the factory bolt out. I used a chain wrench that plumbers use on cast iron galvanized pipe. You also should buy a longer than stock bolt to help get the ASP pulley started on the crank snout. I got a 16X2X120mm for $2 at a local hardware store. It's 17mm longer than stock and really helps when trying to get the new ASP pulley started on the crank. The pulleys will make a big difference. I noticed the change as soon as I left the driveway.
