my dad does some business with fierstone, and they gave them to him when he asked for some. he used them to stiffen up the rearend of the truck when he would haul his harley around. i dont carry alot of stuff in the back, so i dont think it would be a bad think if i took them off, they usually dont have any air in them anyway.

I'd really like to do a 2" drop in the back of my 99 Tahoe I just don't want to do anything to offset that mod for when I tow my car... How bad might the truck sag in back? I do not want to install $500 airbag setup!

I keep saying that's wat I use and I pull a 6000# + travel trailer with no sag.
