Default Install of TB spacer?

So i got this TB spacer from someone on the forum and i just can't figure out how it goes on. I've got a 2002 tahoe 5.3 and i think the TB is a airraid. Does anyone have dirrections on how to put it together? seems like the treaded rods aren't long enough and i don't know how to make it work. It came with all the parts i think but i just can't picture how to make it work. Any help would be great, thanks!

your new spacer should have come with some new studs...you have to take the factory throttle body studs out...they're not long enough...they take like a 4.5mm

Unless you plan to put nitrous nozzles into the spacer, the best way to install it is to stand 6 feet back from a garbage can and do your best Michael Jordan impersonation...

J/K...sorry man, couldn't resist
