how do you get the cruise control linkage off the tb.... i took some pics but ive been working hard to try and figure this out. there was a clip that holds the threads on so its not on there in the pics

 

Hey man. Theres a tiny C-clip that needs to be popped off and then the whole assembly will come off. Just make sure you hold it tight, that clip will fly off and youll have to tie-wrap the assembly back on lol! Use a small pick

 

wth... lol i got that clip off but how does it detach from the tb?

 

As far as I can remember, the c-clip comes off, and the whole thing slides to the left, right off the TB. That clip should be the only thing holding it on

ya mines a 99... i guess they changed the design in 2 years? i searched and searched on google and couldnt find anyhting....
