i dont think they do. a sweet ricer i saw yesterday was a stock honda with ice lights and ..are you ready.... bright white flames on the front. almost cried, i didnt have my camera with me though.

 

I guess he needs those things to hold the front end down because he is generating all that horsepower with the dual fart cannons.
