If the rules are the laws then I think is the letter of the law vs. the spirit of the law. Sometimes, with out a doubt, the mods DO get on power trips.

I can site an example of where a mod started a thread and I was the first person to reply and my reply was a very good burn on Illnali. From there it did get of topic but it was in the lounge and it was very fun. The mod came in a deleted every post off topic but mine, which was a rip on Illnali. Fair? So I say make Illnali a moderator he is just a qualified as any of the other mods, and he is (when hes not banned) more active then some of the mods.

For the most parts the mod do a VERY good job of keeping the site clean and I dont know if this is the time or place for my rant but I just had to vent.

I'm fairly new but I've never had trouble with mods. I just think that a lot of the mods aren't even that active anymore. I understand if they have stuff to do but I think to be a mod you have to be on LS1tech quite a bit. Just my .02.

Sometimes you can't always choose who you have as leaders, leaders being a loosely used term because technically, moderators aren't leaders, but it gets the idea across. As moderators, we're trying to do our jobs the best we can. I Know some of you personally can't stand some of the moderators and/or the admins. If that's the case, then I could only suggest to ignore them.

There's nothing wrong with expressing your opinions about someone. Expressing your opinion and expressing it in an offensive way is 2 different things. All I can say, is if you have a problem with a Mod, take it up with the Admins. If there's a problem with an Admin, talk to the other Admin.

You've got to realize that the admins put a ton of work into this site. They have done a lot to get it where it is now. I think that's respectable. Since they've put so much work into it don't be surprised if they get a little offended when you complain about their site. I'm sure there's a lot of personl ownership in the site to them. I know that if I were in their position, I would take a lot of ownership in the site being the largest and most technically advanced LS1 based site on the internet.

If that didn't cover the answers you were looking for, I'm sorry. All I know to tell you from there is try and and settle your differences in a PM. Some advice though ... if you PM me to tell me that you have a problem with me and hate my ****** ***, I'm gonna tell you I don't give a **** and hope you burn in hell. If you PM me and tell me why you don't like me and what I do that bothers you, I will be a lot more willing to listen and try and resolve the issue.
