I left the dealer this morning with a new oil pump and a ls6 valley pan and only forked out 43 bucks
. I always get 10 over on my personal parts, and turns out I had a credit. Made me smile all morning. Jay

Jimmy, so true on cultivating relationships.
I lost my parts connection when he left. I think I musta dealt w/. him 5-10 yrs. He always hooked me up, & whenever I needed GM dealer parts, I only went to that dealer & specifically him. Anyone else wouldn't cut me as good a deal.
On top of that, he flat out knew his ****.

Definitely good to have a parts hookup...I get a deal since I work at a dealership, and I know the parts manager at the Chevy dealer down the street and he always hooks me up good
