Default Hydroboost disassembly

Has anyone ever took a hydroboost booster apart?

Some how my brake pedal got pushed down while i was working under the dash. Any other time it wouldnt be a problem. Except i didnt have the master cylinder on and well the plunger pushed the rod and stablizer out. And now the plunger is hung up. Feels like its hung on the seal in the housing and i cant for the life of me get it freed up.
I took it apart best i could and i cant make the pluger go back in past the seal and i got aggravated enough i just threw it on the bunch and goin to bed.

Anybody got any ideas?

I read about rebuilding it over on fullsizechevy.com a long time ago. I just tried searching a little to no avail.
