My daily has 236k on the clock. 151k of that has been supercharged Still factory block and transmission. Been a great truck. Greatly needs a suspension overhaul, she's quite jiggly....

So far, they are still in good shape. I check them about every 10,000 miles or so. I have a new set sitting on the shelf next to a new fuel pump. Sometime during this coming fall/winter/spring I'm going to replace the upper and lower control arms, so I'll probably just replace them then. The original engine was replaced at 309,000. I had a lifter start making noise, and I managed to find another 4.8 with only 75,000 miles on it for a lot less than it was going to cost me to replace the cam, lifters, and everything else. The new engine only has a little over 200 on it now. I'm actually planning on sending a sample in to Blackstone my next oil change.

Keeps going and going.
Mine is my daily driver. Just passed 451,000 miles. Replaced tranny at 340k and rings and rod bearings and valves just under 400k. I upgraded to Ls3 springs so I can put a cam in one of these days. Still all stock and gets over 20 mpg on my 60 mile drive to work....usually.

Sold a 99 RCSB with a 4.8/5 speed that had over 300k miles. While owning it I had put a G80 diff/3.73 gears in the rear with one new axle, and had to replace the clutch pedal assembly as the plastic broke. Also had a oil pressure sending unit crack. I towed a car to PA and then back again to FL a few years later. Towed a Uhaul drive on with a 94 Z28 on it as well, truck just kept taking the beatings I handed it.
Current 06 Sierra crew cab has 195k on it.

215000 and 7163 hour update. Fixed most everything wrong and neglected. The engine oil cooler lines are deleted... had one blow off at 6000 rpm and decided enough was enough with them and put the block off plate on the pan. Without them and their pressure drop I no longer had the cold engine oil pressure issues and my pressure is back to 40 hot idle, 55 cruise and peg the guage wide open. New radiator fixing my tank leak... weird driving and not smelling warm coolant all the time. Pulled the front diff and the oil pan. O ring on the pickup tube got swapped and honestly the old one was fine and still nice and soft. New oilpan gasket and sealed it up again for thr time being. The front diffs leak was the drivers side bearing adjuster o ring... that was weird but its dry now. And just did a power steering pressure line as it was leaking all over the front diff too.
I'm going to take it back to work shortly and unfortunately the full heads, cam and intake treatment it was to get will have to wait. My "buddy" has had my 706 heads to drop 2" intake valves into now for almost 2 months and is still dithering around so whatever.. it will get done eventually.
I even cleaned up and painted the drivers floorboard in the cab and fixed my door switches so the interior lights and power off functions work again. It's like a new rusty old goblin! Lol.
