Default How many of are running high mileage trucks?

Like the title says, how many of you have geater than 75k on the clock? If so, have you run into any issues that are outside normal wear and tear? The price range for the trucks that I have been looking at have greater than 75k miles and from what I know it shouldnt really be an issue. Just looking for feedback.

125,000 and only repairs have been caused by using nitrous. Replaced tranny, and rear end.

Dont mean to highjack the thread but I can get a 2000 GMC 4x4 with 200,000 KMs on it ( roughly 120,000 miles), anything to worry about? It just had new wheel bearings put on and other parts and a new motor vehicle inspection done, all for 7800 Canadian.
