79,500. Replaced intake manifold w/ radix CV because i snapped it, gears because i wanted some.
The intermediate shaft and tailgate pin are the only stock parts that needed to be fixed or replaced outside of want, driver error, or getting shot out.

102k on my truck. I daily drive it, and nothing has ever failed that wasn't caused by modification. The only engine problem i've ever had was my oil pump failing during my cam swap.

if you stay on here long you wont have anything left stock on the truck that can wear out anyways...

84K, most of that with a Radix. Just tore the engine down to find a noise, check for damage, and add more go-fast parts. Engine was like new. Only wear was timing chain stretched some and maybe the cam bearings worn a little. Noise was malfunctioning lifter on no. 7 cylinder intake which would either partially collapse causing a knock-like sound or pump up, wedging the valve open, causing a "miss" and burning the valve slightly. This was probably a factory defect. I should easily get another 100K out of it. Not at all like the "good old days" when an engine was pretty much a boat anchor after 50K.

Almost 85,000 here. I'm not listing anything that hasn't been replaced because I don't want to jinx myself

The only (driveline) part of my truck that has more than 5K miles on it is the driveshaft. It's holding up fine. lol!

100K on the overall truck and no issues.
