Default How to dress up the Alt/PS bracket?

The alternator/power steering bracket is one god-awful ugly piece! I'd love to dress mine up and have been thinking about powder coating or paint but would have to do some grinding or filing to get the alt to fit back on to it.

Anybody know of a bracket on the aftermarket or an idea for dressing up the oem bracket?

Thanks, Jim

Nice Brian... very nice.

I have my alt powder coated white and am thinking maybe I'll powdercoat the bracket either black or white... or maybe just paint it either black or white while I'm at Zippys. That way I won't have any additional down time. I'm afraid if I chrome anything under the hood I won't know where to stop or won't be able to stop.

Just noticed the tb. I've not seen one like that (but come to think of it I guess I've not seen any except my 02). Is that the stock tb or ????
