Default How to drain the fuel tank

Its on a 2000 silverado. The tanks full and it's going to be sitting a while so I want to put the fuel in the other vehicle. I have the motor dismantled so the fuel lines are accessible. I tried turning the key on and the pump only ran a few seconds and shut off. How do I get it to run constantly so I can drain it into a gerry can?

Pull the fuel pump relay out of the fuse box under the hood and jump the main power across it.

There are like 5 or so pegs on that relay, do you know exactly which ones? I don't wanna screw it up.

Pins 30 and 87 should do it.

Pin 30 is fused from the fuel pump fuse which should be a 20 Amp to the right of the relay.
